Celebrating Our First Anniversary: A Year of Growth, Gratitude, and Exciting Future Plans!

As 2024 draws to a close, FIX IT Cell Phone Repair is proud to celebrate a major milestone—our very first anniversary since opening in Beebe, Arkansas! What a remarkable year it has been. From day one, our mission has been to provide the best in mobile device repair, phone sales, accessories, and customer service, and we couldn’t have made it through our inaugural year without the support of so many wonderful customers.
We are incredibly grateful to each and every person who has walked through our doors over the past year—whether you’ve come to pay a bill, buy a new or used phone, sell a device, purchase accessories, or trust us with your device (smart phones, tablets, computers, game consoles) repairs. Thousands of you have trusted us with your business, and it’s been an honor to serve you. You’ve made our first year a tremendous success, and we can’t thank you enough.
Looking Ahead: Expanding to Little Rock and Beyond!
As we reflect on our accomplishments over the past 12 months, we’re thrilled to share our plans for the future. In 2026, FIX IT Cell Phone Repair plans to expand to Little Rock, and potentially Fayetteville as well! We're exploring several locations to bring our quality services to even more communities across Arkansas. Our Beebe location has been an amazing foundation for us, and we are excited to replicate our success in other areas, continuing to build relationships and serve even more customers.
Gratitude to Our Local Community and Campus Neighbors
We’re especially proud to be located so close to Arkansas State University Beebe and Harding University. The students, faculty, and staff from both campuses have been an integral part of our journey, and we’ve enjoyed serving the academic community with everything from affordable repairs to phone sales and accessories. Being near these universities has allowed us to build relationships with the next generation of mobile users, and we’re grateful for their continued support.
A Strong Partnership with Verizon Wireless
One of the key highlights of our first year has been our location next to Verizon Wireless. Our proximity to such a respected brand has been mutually beneficial—many customers have come to us after visiting Verizon, and we’ve been able to provide them with the additional services and repairs they need. This synergy between our businesses has made our first year that much more successful, and we look forward to continuing this strong relationship in the future.
